Question: Dear Sir, last month i checked my heart rate its coming 113 bpm its normal or not

ORS ; 82 MS
QT/QTC ;314/430 MS
P/QRS/T AXIS 49/29/129 DEG
HR ;113 BPM

You possibly seem to mild tachycardia.

1.Chest pain?

2.Pounding sensation of heart?

3.Reeling sensation of head?

4.Excessive sweating during such episodes if any?

Not this symptoms i check my BP its coming 200/130 so doctor say take the ECG.

Hello, Sir.

I apologize for the delayed response considering my hectic work schedule.

In the absence of any chest symptoms , ECG changes does not point to any significance.

Single reading of elevated blood pressure is not confirmative and is not an indication to start BP medications.

Therefore at this point, I advice you to get a 2 D echocardiogram of the heart and repeat BP and ECG after 2 weeks of low salt diet.

Further management can be based on test results.
