Brief Answer:
needs investigation and physician assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Mild TR does not cause any symptoms or clinical consequences but it should be investigated.
If you are a smoker or exposed to dust and smoke or have a long standing respiratory problem, it may be the cause for this.
If there is coronary artery disease or dyslipidemia the it should be treated.
Sometimes TR is idiopathic and of no significance.
Better get yourself evaluated by a local physician and follow.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
