Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Slight twitching not painful in the upper right quadrant of the chest could be just a muscle spasm or a gastric discomfort like acid reflux etc. Take some skelaxin or any other muscle relaxant and tylenol. If you have bloating or dyspepsia issue, acid brash etc then modify diet and lifestyle like reducing meal intake, having frequent meals, reducing fatty, spicy, dairy, processed and canned foods. Preferring fiber and fluids and see if it helps. No worries. To me it appears likely a muscle spasm could happen due to many benign reasons like lifting a weight or sleeping or lying down on one posture for long etc.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
