Detailed Answer:
Hello,
So mildly positive means there are chances of having blockages, due to which heart is getting less blood supply under stressful condition like exercise. But, since this is mild, which can also be sometimes seen in otherwise normal individuals, this should be confirmed on the other investigations.
So in my opinion, rather than going directly for conventional angiography, you should have another form of test like either stress thallium or CT coronary angiography, and if positive then conventional angiography. Meanwhile, you should get started on anti-platelets statin combination like Ecosprin AV till evaluation is completed.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
