Question: hi sir
we need to do eco of my heart valve pls suggest good heart doctor in Greater XXXXXXX actually we have done heart valve ballooning in 2003 due to heart valve was pressed
and now we want to check my heart valve are working well. below are the year wise heart size detail. also advise us.
Heart MVA Size
2010 1.40 CM
2011. 1.80 CM
2013. 1.50 CM
2015 April. 1.90 CM
2015 Oct 1.53 CM

1.3 comes under moderate mitral stenosis. You have not mentioned the mean gradient pressure of your last 2D echo.
Repeat a 2D echo every year and continue medicines as advised(if symptomatic); Normally mild to moderate MS is well tolerated by patients, post Ballooning.
