I not good at taking my Parkinsons meds because it makes me more tired so I do what I can to get me through the day. I have a lot of problems with balance, incontinence tremors left side worse. I was diagnosed in 2009. I am concerned that one day I'm going to crash and I won't be able to function. Your opinion please. I am 64 wf, had to retire in 2011. Thank you do much.

Brief Answer:
MCTD

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Actually you have Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder (MCTD) associated with Parkinson's and Osteoarthritis that is complicating your problems.
Now, we need to evaluate with clinical examination that your incontinence , balance problem is due to parkinson's or osteoarthritis.
Tremors are most likely to be due to Parkinson's disease.
Now, definitely the problems are many and medicines can interact.
In my opinion you don't need Klonopin as your tremors are not due to anxiety.
You should discuss with your doctor to start you on Levodopa for Parkinson's.
Rest for pain due to MCTD and Osteoarthritis, you may take Etoricoxib as or on when required basis (if your kidney and liver function's are normal) and to apply local pain killers gel over the joints.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
