Question : have had a mole type growth on the tip of penis for several years, now seem to be growing , now starting to interfere with urine flow , is reddish purple . not painful yet.

There are several skin lesions that can affect the penis. The list includes but is not limited to fungal, viral, immunological (allergic), pre cancerous, cancerous, sexually transmitted diseases and idiopathic causes.

Diagnosis depends on examination of the lesion.
Will you please send a photo of the lesion please?

Will you please tell whether you had history of unprotected sex ?
Please also tell if you have any other disease.
