Question : I have a mole on my leg with a crusty top on it and my clothes keep rubbing on it .I was wondering if I have anything to worry about

It's not a mole but wart a viral infection.
It needs to be removed with radiofrequency ablator.
It is a minor operative procedure and can be done easily by any dermatologist.
Please meet a dermatologist and get it removed.
Creams won't be helpful.
