Question : Hello, I have a couple of moles on my penis that I've had for quite some time. I can't even remember how long ago it was I first got them. There has never been any noticeable change in their appearance but someone told me recently I should be concerned as they are misshapen. i have attached photos I was wondering if you could give me your opinion. The mole on my glans is a lot less noticeable when I have an erection.

Mole is a type of nevus or skin blemish, it can be flat or raised, color or non color.
Usually it can occur in any part of the body.
Usually it is harmless and do not require any treatment.
You need medical attention when it changes its color, size and texture to rule out its cancerous part called melanoma.
In your case with your description it is clear that these moles are harmless and do not require any treatment.
But please keep watch on them, if they change in color, size and texture please consult a doctor immediately.
