Brief Answer:
You have monoclonal kappa chain myeloma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

As I understand you have kappa lamda (K/L) ratio 6.78. It is very high. Normal kappa to lamda ratio is 0.26 to 1.65. If ratio less than 0.26 then it is called lamda chain myeloma and ratio more than 1.65 is suggestive of monoclonal kappa chain myeloma. This monoclonal proliferation has high risk of developing multiple myeloma.

Preventive treatment to prevent multiple myeloma has many side effects. So its better to go for follow up. Therefore if you were my patient then I would only advice regular follow up every six months. Right now no treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
