Suggest Treatment For Mosquito Bite Like Itchy Bumps On Lower Buttocks

Question: I have been getting mosquito bite like bumps on top area of butt crack for about a year now. Seems to start after nicking skin with razor. They always seem to be in same general area. They will go away for periods and then reappear. They are itchy but are not puss or fluid filled. Occasionally, not sure if same thing, I will get stray one on center of buttock. Is this a fungal infection?
