Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Such type of mouth roof burns which are caused by hot foods are only 1st degree burn where sensitive, delicate and thin lining of mouth gets burnt superficially.
It generally takes 7-10 days to get healed completely in such cases.
Since it is already 6 days since burning, you are about to get healed shortly.
In such cases you are advised to sip cold like ice or take cold milk to sooth your mouth.
You may take ibuprofen 400 mg for pain and inflammation.
Avoid crunchy foods with sharp edges and avoid hot drinks.
Do gargles with betadine or any other antibacterial mouthwash to avoid infection.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
