Suggest Treatment For Mouth Sores On The Gums
Question: Have a large mouth sore on the gums just below my lower teeth. It has been there for nearly a week and seems to be getting bigger. Very painful. How to treat?

2. Vitamin C supplement - Tab Limcee chewable tablet once a day for 3 weeks
3. Oral anaesthetic agent - Dologel CT ointment to be applied on the affected sore as and when required and before every meal.
4. Avoid hot and spicy diet.
You should also plan a visit to a dentist / ENT surgeon for examination of this sore.
