Apply Clenora gel and give multivitamin

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.I would suggest you to apply Clenora gel 4-5 times a day for 5-7 days.It contains anesthetic agent which relieves pain and other antibacterial and ulcer healing agent for rapid recovery.

Avoid spicy foods and give multivitamin syrup like 'A to Z' as the most common cause of mouth ulcer in this age is some viral infection or vitamin deficiency.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for his speedy recovery.
Regards
