Brief Answer:
Natural sources of vitamins are available. Supplementation required.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Mouth ulcers are frequently caused due to deficiency of certain vitamins from diet, in particular Vitamin B2, B12 and C. Citrus fruits are rich source of Vitamin B. Yeast is a very good natural source of Vitamin B2, so giving him plenty of curd or yogurt should help. Vitamin B12 is found in fish, meat and other animal sources. So, giving him animal products should be helpful in this regard. Other than that he needs to be given plenty of green leafy vegetables.

I hope that with the above mentioned steps, the mouth ulcers should improve. Alternatively, you can give him Vitamin supplements like A to Z syrup 5 ml once or twice a day for 5 days. He also needs to be periodically followed up and his weight needs to be plotted on a growth chart to evaluate whether his growth is suffering due to malnutrition.

Hope that helps.
