Brief Answer:
Take ofloxacin and ornidazole and increase dose of rowasa

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

There may be few reasons for bleeding Per rectum now in you:
1. Acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis disease itself
2. Infection
3. Hemorrhoids

However with acute exacerbation stool should be loose

To confirm this get sigmoidoscopy examination and complete haemogram

In my opinion take a course of antibiotic with combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole for 5 days and Increased the dose of Rowasa to 3 XXXXXXX per day that is 3gm/day if you are taking one or two. Do it for 7 days. If no improvement get sigmoidoscopy examination

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health

Brief Answer:
Avoid smoking

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back

Medicines which I have discussed earlier is to be taken for blood and mucus i stool. I am hereby repeating again. take a course of antibiotic with combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole for 5 days and Increased the dose of Rowasa to 3 XXXXXXX per day that is 3gm/day if you are taking one or two. Do it for 7 days. If no improvement get sigmoidoscopy examination

For increase in the fullness after taking meals can be controlled by a proton pump inhibitor like rabe prazole along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone. Both comes in combination and is to be taken half hr before breakfast.Among food:
1. Avoid food that increase gas like beans, pulses, cabbage, peas
2. Avid food that increase acid productions like tea, coffee, citrus and spicy and fatty food

For pancreatic pain: You should low fat, small and frequent meals, means you should after every 3 to 4 hrs

1. Rowasa XXXXXXX used for ulcerative colitis. It acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and helps in healing of the ulcers. It is to be taken thrice a day. Keep the gap for 2 hr between meals and medicine

2. Vibact is a probiotic and it contains bacteria which are good for our health and also found to help in healing of the ulcers in ulcerative colitis. It is also to be taken 2 hrs apart from any meals. to be taken twice a day

3.Pankreoflat contains artificial pancreatic enzymes that is pancreatic enzymes supplement. They are used usually in chronic pancreatitis and not in acute pancreatitis and you can avoid it, not of any help in acute pancreatitis.

4. Ofloaxacin and ornidazole is combination of antibiotic, which helps in controlling of infection in gastrointestinal tract and also helps in healing of the ulcers of ulcerative colitis. To be taken twice a day any time

Ofloxacin and ornidazole may lead to hypersenstivity reaction if one is allergic to it. It may lead to nausea or metallic taste

Vibact is safe to use

Pankreoflat may lead to diarrhoea

Rowasa may lead to hepatic inflammation, GI side effects

However one thing I want to tell that no medicine is free from side effect, so we have to see the risk benefit ratio and chance of side effects.

Smoking you should avoid

Wish you a good health
