Brief Answer:
PKD

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

PKD or polycystic kidney disease is a genetic disease. It comes into light between 20 to 40 year age and can lead to kidney failure later in the life.

How you have to treat.-

1. control BP to 130 /80 with help of medicines under duidence of the doctor . Do not wait . meet doctor today. preferably a nephrologist, but if not available then any physician. so that treatment is not delayed.

2. get kidney function test, CBC, urine routine .

3. according to reports some other medicines will be added.

once stable you will need to be on regular doctor follow-up every 3 months.

best wishes
