Question: What kind of excercise can I do for muscle Atrophy in my right wrist. Or can I get an injection to help the pain?

Hello,
I have studied your case. Wasting of wrist can be due to trauma or nerve compression or since birth. You have not mentioned cause of this. First thing is to treat cause of wasting. There is no injection which can treat wasting of wrist. I have few questions for you.
1.please send me photo of your wrist.
2.what is the cause of wasting ? Since when it is present?
3.what treatment you have taken for this till now?
