Question : I'm getting hand cramps after taking notes in school , how can I relieve this pain?
Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
First this is seen in healthy people after any excessive job where hand and finger muscles are inviolved. Hand muscles exercises may help, so try to work on your biceps and forearm muscles. Also, this can be sign of some electrolyte defficiency such as magnesium, calcium or pootassium so try to check these levels in your blood or take magnesium supplements. Also, you should check thyroids hormonal levels.Other possible neurologic and muscular causes are very rare but can be very serious but these would have some other symptoms beside cramps. Wish you good health. Regards
