Brief Answer:
Fatigue syndrome and B complex deficiency can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fatigue syndrome after infection and vitamin B complex deficiency. It is also better to do blood routine examination to exclude any signs of persisting infection or anaemia.
I would suggest taking vitamin B complex supplements including vitamin B12 and vitamin C. Take more fluids. Taking yogurt , banana etc will be helpful to restore your normal bacterial flora of gut and also helps in electrolyte imbalance and avoid cramps.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
