Question : The bottom of my foot just in back of the toes is hurting me. Any ideas DR. I use a XXXXXXX Trainer at the gym most every day. My glucose is in the normal range.
Brief Answer:
Most probably due to exercise
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. It seems like muscle or tendin pain due to exercise. At this point I wouldn't worry. Reduce the exercise a little bit and put a heat patch on the area. It should bring relief in a day or two. Also, you might want to try another pair of trainers for a while, in order to change the point of pressure.
If you do not see any improvement in a day or two, then an x ray should be next.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
Wishing you good health and all the best.
