Suggest Treatment For Muscle Soreness And Fluid Retention

Question: Hello!
Whenever I participate in an intense workout or dance class, my muscles tend to swell and fluid pools in my muscles and legs due to gland issues. I only have one kidney (functioning well) so I have to be careful which meds I take. What lifestyle changes could I possibly make before/after working out to ease the swelling and pain? Are there any medicines I could safely take for this?
Thank you!

Hi again!
I was taking aleve for the pain, but I can't anymore as it started to give me chest pain/tightness. I've had this problem for a couple years, and it's gotten worse since I've started more rigorous workouts. And my glands are quite small which makes draining of fluids difficult and sometimes painful.
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Aleve is not good for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your question and I first want to tell you that Aleve is not a right pain killer for you. As it is very toxic for kidney and also promote fluid retention in the body so it is dangerous. I would recommend you to take Tramadol as it is safe for kidney.
For your workout, I want to tell you that exercises if causing you pain then there is something wrong with technique or you might be doing very heavy workout which is not good for you, so my recommendation is that you should trained under a good trainer, maintain good hydration and salt level.
As far as medicines for muscle soreness is concerned I would recommend you to take vitamin B 12 ( Nerokind gold) and Calcium and vitamin D3. Also take tablet Carnisure after discussing with your doctors.
I hope these measures will be helpful for you, Let me know if there is any other followup question is there.
Thanks
