Brief Answer:
A few instructions that should help you recover sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In such a scenario I would recommend the following:

+Avoid strenuous forms of exercise

+Mild walking is fine

+Do not wear tight fitted clothes over the region

+Soaking the leg in lukewarm water 2-3 times a day can help

+Do not stand or sit for long durations, make sure the blood circulation in your leg is well established by frequent movement

+You can choose to take a mild pain management medication like ibuprofen to help deal with the pain

+If you have recently put on weight or are overweight then do work towards losing weight

+Drink plenty of fluids (2-3 litres minimum)

+Have any energy drink you can get your hands on as they provide valuable electrolytes that can contribute towards good muscle health

If you do not mind me asking, could you tell me whether this soreness lies on the anterior aspect of the leg, the posterior aspect, medial or lateral aspect?

I hope you find my response help. Please feel free to write to me anytime and about anything, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Thanks for your quick and detailed answer. The problem area is the posterior aspect, medial aspect. Now the pain area is in the posterior, medial aspect, and intermittent. My concern it might be the hip joint.

Brief Answer:
Hip issue less likely, nerve issue seems to be the most probable cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again and thank you for the information.

The location does not support a diagnosis of only a hip issue, may be a hip issue could be contributive, but the presentation and location points more towards conditions relating to the nerve.

In such a scenario, my advise in the previous response holds ground and should surely help in providing you with relief, albeit time consuming, it surely will.

I hope this helps. Please do not think twice to continue writing to me or asking me about anything, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
