Question : I currently have near the neck. It is towards the left side and near the place where I can feel the pulse. The pain is not alarming but I ask because it is probably not because of neck sprain during sleep

I have gone through your query carefully and it looks to be the common muscle spasm on left side.To confirm that I would like to know about neck movement,are they normal ?
Any radiaing pain that is pain going from neck to left upper limb region?
Meanwhile you may have-
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Pain killer (Ibuprofen) along with muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside.

Thank you for the reply.

I don't have pain when I rotate my head from left to right. However, when I tilt my neck towards my right shoulder looking straight I get the pain

Do I take the same medicine ?
