Question : in came on fast and then I had a muscle spasm. My face otherwise had felt numb on the right side. Now the numbness extends to the left side. My ears hurt and my vision is affected. My eyes are now half closed and my face feels tight. I also feel the stabbing pain, like needles in other parts of my body but the right eye is the worst. (I had had a bad headache on the right side of my face, my eyes were bloodshot. and my BP high that got me into a Cardiologist office a year ago.) The Dr. said I was about to have a heart attack. Both eyes are blurry now and the facial pain and numbness is intermittent now. My coordination has really gone downhill. I have fallen twice and almost several times.

                                    Brief Answer:
Please visit emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From the available description there is possibility of cerebrovascular accident otherwise known as stroke. The possibility is more for left sided stroke although the possibility of bilateral stroke can not be ruled out.
In my opinion you need to visit emergency health services available in your city without delay. This may cause serious damage if the stroke event is true and can have disastrous consequences.
I must also inform you that stroke is more common with advancement of age (I do not have information about your age).
I hope this helps you. Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards
