Brief Answer:
Intestine/back muscle spasm may be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The most likely cause seems to be acute intestinal spasm may be because of some infection and the second cause could be muscle stiffness of lower backache. As most of the types of stiffness usually disappear in 2-3 days with medicine.Hence, by the time you reached hospital you already had medicine.
To help you better please tell me-
1. Were you having diarrhoea/loose motion on that day?
2. Regarding overreaction to pain, how do you react to normal day to day activity involving some emotional trauma/physical injury?
You may discuss about the necessity of taking medicine as there could be some medicine which are not pain killer with your treating doctor.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are welcome and good to see you.
I have gone through your reply and you may continue with the present medication for few days. You should forget that painful episode as a bad dream and move on in life.To prevent recurrence my advise would be-
1.Regular exercises for back like XXXXXXX namaskar and avoid prolong sitting.
2.You should have vitamin D and calcium to improve bone health.
Hope this suffices.
Take care
