Brief Answer:
you need to get ultrasound or MRI of the neck
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you may be having a lipoma or a soft tissue swelling like lymph node in neck. I would suggest you to get ultrasound or MRI of the neck to confirm the diagnosis. If there is any swelling then it can be removed surgically.
As far as back pain is concerned I would suggest you to get physiotherapy and learn back muscle strengthening exercises. It will help in your back pain symptoms. Also take care of your posture.
for pain relief you can take muscle relaxant like Myoril ( Thiocolchicoside) or Cyclobenzapyrine or chlorzoxazone tablet. These are muscle relaxant and are very helpful in neck and back pain.
Let me know if you have any other followup questions.
thanks
