It's been happening all my life but here lately extreme

You need to take steroid injection in knee

Hello,
I have studied your case. In knee swelling these are treatment.
1.Steroid injection can be given in knee.
2.You need to take cartilage supplements like Rejoint or rosiflex tablet daily for three months. You can also take Glucosamine or Chondritin sulfate. These are available as food supplements and you will not need any doctor's prescription.
3.get MRI of the knee joint. There is chances that you may have knee cartilage damage. It can be repaired with arthroscopy. If Knee cartilage is damaged severely then you might need knee replacement.
