Brief Answer:
The injury seems to be minor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. Based on the description, the injury seems to be minor and there is no need to worry.

The pain could be related to muscle strain and spasm, and would resolve in a few days.

You can take analgesics if the pain is troublesome. Options include diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets.

There is no need to go to a doctor now.

I hope it helps.

Best wishes,
