Question : My knees have been week lately. They just buckle and down I go. I have also developed a tremble. I don't know where to start for help.

Weakness in or around the knee joint is inturn due to weakness of the muscles around. This could be due to defective nerve transmission secondary to problems in the lumbar spine.

I suggest you to consult your Neurologist as early as possible and get your spine examined for its wellbeing. If there is any sort of compression due to past insults. A repair has to be planned at the earliest to prevent further worsening and to reverse the condition.
