Brief Answer:
You need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam ,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well going through your problem I see that its not a simple issue . I would like to see all your test reports so I can have a better knowledge of whats going on and guide you accordingly. Diagnosis of myofascial syndrome is that of exclusion one . It is a type of chronic pain syndrome and relies mostly when all your test reports are negative and tender points are elicitable .

Please tell what is your history when you were diagnosed with this issue . You will most probably need to see a rheumatologist for the same .

Please upload your reports

Take care.
