                                    1. January of this year. Saw a doctor. He prescibed Prilosec and did blood tests. Blood work came back normal and negative for H. Pylori. Have not returned to see him.
2. Yes to both constipation and loose stools, though not all the time.
3. Pain is intermittent, though some flare ups last a day or two. Spicy and acidic foods make the pain worse. Stopped drinking coffee one week ago & pain subsided a great deal. Last two days I had Italian food and Mexican food with tomatoes and onion. That seemed to bring symptoms back
4. Medication: Lisinopril 40 mg in AM. Prilosec in AM. Tramadol 50 mg in AM (bursitis in shoulder). Atenolol 25 mg in PM. Tramadol 50 mg at bedtime.
5. No history of anemia.
Thank you..

Dear Friend.
You definitely have Acid Peptic Disease but since you are already on Prisolec I would advise you to just get an Ultrasound Abdomen done to rule out any organic cause.
Now till then I would advise you to take Soft and Bland diet .
It is advisable if you start taking a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day instead of Prisolec.
I am very hopeful that this combination will help you.
I would like to see you again after 15 days of treatment with the combination and Ultrasound report.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
