Iwill need further information.
Are you on any prior medications?
How did it start?
Do you pick your nose?
How long has it been bleeding?
Tests I would suggest include- aPTT, PT/INR, Platelet count.
Meanwhile keep a constant pressure of the ice on the inside of the nose.
