Question : I have upper gerd that clogs my nostrils all the time, I want to find a low-vacuum aspirator to remove mucus from each nostril, one at a time

A need to clean the nostrils repeatedly of mucus is a sign of nasal blockage and rhinitis.
Please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures so that I can suggest you better.
GERD is gastric reflux disease which is associated with regurgitation or indigestion and burning sensation in throat.

Doctors opened up a "pin hole" in my upper sinus to breath through my nose again. My gerd makes a lot of mucus, my sinuses are fine, what happens to me is normal but hyperactive, so doctors say this is psychosomatic, so I must find answers myself. I do not think it is fair for me to spend hours in the bathroom coaxing long strands of phelgm out of my nostrils and putting pressure on my ears and eyes. I want a gentle vacuum aspirator to help me get it out.

You should take a combination of levocetrizine and montelukast once daily and nasal spray twice daily for at least 10 days. You will definitely be benefited.
Various nasal mucus aspiratorsaspirator are available in the market and even online. B3st would be to get a specific treatment rather than using an aspirator.
You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures.
