Question : Hi Doctoer, from last few days i am suffering with clod nasal conjestion, flum, mild cough and fever. Also weakness.

It may be flu.
Take anticold tablets with aspirin.
Warm saline gargle and steam inhalation.

I advice my patients in clinic to take aspirin and cetirizine SOS.
Warm saline gargle and steam inhalation.
you can put some nasal drop if nose is blocked.
Use broad spectrum antibiotic if fever, and persists for more than two days.
