Question : what does it mean when your nostrils are congested and a sudden jolt comes through your nose and it seems like I going to pass out?

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having sinusitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine ,
Antibiotic azithromycin ,
anti inflammatory Paracetamol &
continue SALINE SPRAY AND MUCINEX.

You will get relief , no need to worry .
