Brief Answer:
Most likely sinusitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query and picture. Your problem is most likely due to sinusitis.
Nasal decongestants like xylometazoline (otrivin) nasal spray will e helpful. You can also take antihistamines like benadryl or cetirizine. Steam inhalation with inhalation capsules and gargling warm saline is also good. You can also use throat lozenges. Taking chewable vitamin C daily is helpful to recover from this faster and stop recurrence also.
If there is no improvement then consult an ENT specialist . You might need to do a paranasal sinus x ray and drainage of sinus if necessary.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Alao, with this medication, my swolen glands in masala(shown in pic) also will disappear?
Do you recommend homeopathy for long term relief?

Brief Answer:
I can advise you only Over the counter medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up.
It is not allowed to prescribe medicines here. We give only advises. You can take over the counter medications initially.
Nasal decongestant sprays (otrivin) can be used for 5 to 7 days. Spray twice on two nostrils at a time and twice daily. You can also take antihistamines like cetirizine once daily or benadryl twice daily for 5 to 7 days. Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil or inhalant capsules (karvol) daily is also good. You can also take cheawble vitamin C which is available in brands like XXXXXXX or Limcee.
If with these measures no improvement you have to consult an ENT specialist for further examination as I told you before.
I am not a homeopathy expert so have no idea about it.
