Question : i have swollen nostrrills from cocaine use.i have stoped using now for three days.how can i tell if swelling will go down or if i have done permanent damage.

It can't be said at the moment whether the damage is permanent or temporary without examination.
Avoid any further cocaine use. Permanent damage is due to cartilage loss. Avoid scratching the nose. Apply neosporin ointment. It would be best to get examined by an ENT SPECIALIST.
