Question : I feel down a man hole cover in our driveway I have had xrays ive been told ive sprained and soft tissue damage but after walki g on it later in the afternoon I feel very nausea

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. If you hit the head then you need further medical evaluation and probably CT scan of the head. I suggest you to consult your primary care Doctor or maybe an evaluation in your local ER, because nausea is a indicator of brain damage from concussion to more serious lesions.
