Question : Last three days have on and bouts of dizziness & naesa and have noticed my blood pressure is low at 112 over 74. Any thoughts? I am scheduled to go on 3 day intl trip to the U.K. starting tomorrow.

Hi welcome to health care magic,
Most probably you are suffering from acidity. Please take something like Omeprazole with domperidone twice a day. You can also take a liquid antacid twice a day additionally. You can continue for 3 days.
If no relief, I am afraid you will need to see a doctor.

Forgot to mention slight shortness of breath and some muscle fatigue when exerting energy above normal. It was very warm while on lake and was sweating heavily.

Hi shortness of breath, and fatigue can be due to gas accumulation and acidity. But if you do not improve with two doses, do see a doctor to rule out other causes.
