Brief Answer:
Pan-40 is safe.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
As your nausea is secondary to your gas problem, I would suggest you to take Pan-40 first. It is safe during pregnancy.
Avoid heavy fatty meals. Take small but frequent meals. Drink plenty of fluids.
Do not lie on bed immediately after eating. Take rusk or toast with milk in morning.
If this does not help in nausea, then you can take doxinate 10mg 2 tablets in night daily (under your doctor's supervision).
Eno and pudin XXXXXXX are also safe in pregnancy.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
I wish you well.
Take care.
Thanks.
