Hello sir, I understand your health issue.
She might be having upset stomach due to altered food habit or an eat - out.
Give her an antacid thrice a day for 3 days and ask her to avoid excessive fluids.
Also for light hotheadedness, check her blood pressure and if normal, then just simple bed rest in a quiet room will relieve the symptoms.
In case above measures don't relieve the symptoms then she needs a proper check up by a physician.
