Brief Answer:
Could be Gastritis or Gall bladder stones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
This could happen due to a number of causes.
The common causes would be Gastritis and Gall bladder stones or problems.
I usually advice my patients Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day half an hour before meals.
You should also consult your GP or a Surgeon who can examine you.
You might require an Ultrasound of Abdomen to know the status of your Gall bladder and liver. This would be required with your symptoms and would be helpful to rule out any issues with these organs.
Continue with the bland diet and have 4 to 5 small meals a day rather than 2 or 3 big meals.
Do let me know if there are other queries I can help you with.
Take care.
