Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Cramps

Question : Within the last 24 hours, I started feeling waves of nausea. Today that turned to stomach cramps, back ace and tightness, chest tightness, achy ribs and thighs, headache and discomfort in jaws. Have developed a cough in the pastouple of hours. No cold symptoms.

Brief Answer:
It could be due to chest infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it could be chest infection. X ray chest -PA view will give a clue.
If the infection is confirmed, Antibiotic course has to be started.I prefer Clarithromycin tablet twice daily after food.
For nausea and stomach cramps, I prescribe Capsule Rabeprazole along with Domperidone twice daily 30minutes before food.
For body pains and headache,Acetaminophen is preferred. Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs should be avoided as it may aggravate the stomach cramps.
