Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query regarding your 15 year old daughter and an elucidate history.
Read your elucidate history.
My thoughts:
Since there is history of nausea and think salivation, I would advise her the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination for the causes by an ENT Surgeon, particularly for salivary glands, inflammation in the nasal, oral and pharyngeal area as this can be the reason for her symptoms and are over-looked due to the patient is usually being asymptomatic.

Please get this done and give feedback about the investigations, clinical evaluation so that we can get the probable diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
If the patient is having nausea daily, request the Doctor to give her antacids and motility regulator like Domperidone- needs a prescription.

Also needs occasional y to look for the stress and/or anxiety related issues and you should discuss about this angle too as a probable cause.

I hope this answer helps your Daughter to get an early and proper diagnosis and a proper plan of treatment.
