Question : My wife developed nausea and vertigo over nite. Vomiting continued into next AM. On vacation 5000 miles from home. What OTC script might help?

Am sorry to hear what your wife is going through. Benadryl 25mg, 1tablet every 6-8hours as needed. This will address her symptoms. This drug can cause sleepiness and thus do not be alarmed by this.
