Brief Answer:
Could be acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the history described it could be acid reflux. Acid reflux is often watery and clumpy and there will be nausea as well. Here is how you should go about it

1. Do not sleep immediately after having dinner
2. Keep the head end slightly elevated
3.Tab Omeprazole once at night before dinner should solve the issue. It can be given for a week
4. Avoid heavy meals. Smaller meals several times a day is a good option.
5. If the issue continues please meet a GP

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
