Self care/ expert advise & specific treatment would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for your query on HCM platform.
I have read your query & understand your concern.
- It seems you are sensitive to change of atmospheric pressure due to change of altitude in air travel.Some people are more susceptible to air sickness.
-Anxiety / nervousness adds to the symptoms.
Symptoms of air sickness varies from nausea, vomiting,simple pain in ear , swelling of ear drum leading to hearing loss to giddiness/ vertigo / dizziness, ,when the effect on internal ear.
You did not feel it during your travel.. But the effect on ear was manifested when you returned back to your usual altitude./ anxiety has precipitated it.
* Management-
You are already taking Apochloproperazine pills & getting some what relief, but not completely relieved. I feel you need a through check up by an ENT specialist , & get specific treatment by his advise.It may contain physical therapy, medicines, surgery as per need.
_ Also speak to the doctor, be convinced about your symptoms, their cause. Read as much you can on air sickness. Knowledge removes all doubts & relieves anxiety.
Self care- apart from medicines advised by ENT doctor...
- Get fresh air/ do respiratory exercises.
- avoid alcohol,
- avoid overwork to cause fatigue
- avoid stress related to emotions/ anxiety. concentrate on things which you like & will distract you from your problem.( try meditation/ mind concentration exercises )
_ Have good 8 hours of relaxing/ refreshing sleep. ( Can use Yoga Nidra )
