pain killer/ anti pyretic, anti emetic
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
There are different options, you would need a combination of a pain killer/ anti pyretic mainly at this stage along with a medication for the nausea.
Tylenol/paracetamol would be the best option for the headache, fever and chills. It should be taken every 4 to 6 hours for 24 to 48 hours at least. Cool liquids, cold clothing, tepid sponge bath would help with the fever as well.
Ibuprofen/ cataflam or naproxen would also help with these symptoms but these medications sometimes cause or worsen nausea which you are already experiencing.
Dramamine or pepto bismol would help with the nausea. Dramamine causes drowsiness.
Rest, fluids are important.
If you develop other symptoms then these can be treated. Eg a cough, if dry--dextromethorphan
If wet and you want to break up the mucus, use a mucolytic eg bisolvan, guaifenesin, mucomyst
Nasal congestion or runny nose- phenylephrine or pseudoephrine- these are decongestants
You may be able to find these medications combined over the counter in a cough/cold , flu or allergy med (allergies cause similar symptoms as cough/cold).
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
