Brief Answer:
Some tests are necessary to determine the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Where is your abdominal pain located?

If the pain is in upper right abdomen, gallstones can be the reason. This condition can give pain which radiates to the back or even arm. Gallstones pain can be strong and result with breathlessness. Nausea and belching are also characteristic for this condition.

Nausea, belching and upper middle abdominal pain can be caused by stomach inflammation or peptic ulcer. Ulcer pain is rather dull, does not appear to the back.

Nausea, belching and abdominal pain at your age (over 50) can be also caused by large intestines problems including tumor.

Fingers stiffness and forearms pain can be a single symptom of spine issue in the cervical area.

If the forearm burning is more on the left side, hart ischemic disease should be ruled out.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have some tests done. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work should be done at first. Gastroscopy and colonoscopy should be considered.
If you find spine problems are possible, please consult orthopedist and have spine MRI done.
For heart problems, cardiologist should be consulted.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
